You know what sucks - having 4 houses and doing taxes. Last year it took me a WHOLE DAY (24 hrs) to do mine. This past weekend, I did mine again and it took 12 hours to get 75% done. Mom moved stuff around the house concerning my 1098 for two homes. I have to call in and get the figures for the two this afternoon and input them into TurboTax (shameless plug). One thing about TurboTax that I really hate - not counting millage OVERALL so I avoid double, triple, quadruple dipping. Same goes for meals. I haven't done the taxes for clark place but I do expect charing 30K in work performed. Come on Uncle Sam, I need more allowance.
Sunday, mom, pops, and I worked on the Clark house. We bought some pansies on sale at Lowes (25 cents-$1.00) per crate/wuteva. Mom likes gardening so she planted them suckers all around the front yard. Looks great there. Hunter came out and played with my parents and sat in the sprayed weeds like he owns the place.
I was stuck under the house rigging pipes together in connecting the pump to the tub. It's amazing how long it takes to rig up the pipes. Just only 10 ft takes 4 hours to cut and assemble. Also, I finally tore one of the vent-pipe after many climbs from under the crawlspace. Now I get to patch it up along with rerouting it so it doesn't get in my way.
Pop tested the tub and it works. BUT there is a problem, the air-button is stuck because of some dirt/dust stuck in the mechanism. Two solutions: take a plunger and pressure it out or remove the cement board and pop it out manually. Let's hope for number 1.
Other than that, nothing else new cause taxes suck.
