trimwork and prime

Since I have some time before appraisal, I decided to add some trim to the bathroom.

The room looks a whole lot bigger! I will decide on a color in the near future. I will let Trey paint the ceiling along with the trim this weekend. For now, I am going back under the house to install the plumbing and route things correctly. I'm still working on a design pattern for the floor.

The bathroom is coming along nicely. We're almost ready for tiling. There's a few things needed to be done before tiling:

1) run wires from basement to 2nd/3rd floor for alarm, extra power, ethernet
2) connect new plumbing to existing and test for leaks
3) drill hole for toilet

So here's where we are now:













You see this wiring hole? I was lucky on the first shot to drill right through it! The first time, I used a small bit and was like "i think i hit the plastic." Then took the hole saw and was like "what the hell, it won't hurt it." Drilled a perfect hole although I had knocked the container loose. I took a framing nail and pounded the sucker in. We're all set.
